The kit converts your manual tailgate to full power operation, replacing the factory gas struts with electric struts managed by a dedicated tailgate ECU, so the tailgate opens and closes automatically when your hands are full.

Open or close the tailgate from your remote key, the factory tailgate switch or the newly installed tailgate switch, and pause it at any point with a single press. Press again and it reverses direction, ideal in tight car parks and low garages. The included front switch also lets you operate the tailgate from the driver's seat. For true hands-free access, add the optional Aerpro ARTGKS Power Tailgate Kick Sensor (sold separately) and open the tailgate with a simple kick under the rear bumper. Set your preferred maximum opening height to suit garage roofs or shorter users, and fine-tune the opening speed, closing speed and braking force to suit.

Intelligent anti-pinch protection stops and reverses the tailgate if it meets an obstruction, and audible beeps confirm each action. Each kit is engineered for its vehicle and includes the electric struts, tailgate ECU, wire harnesses, brackets and fitting hardware. A detailed installation manual with step-by-step photos is also included, and professional installation is recommended.

Upgrade your vehicle with the everyday convenience of a power tailgate, with the Aerpro ARTRAV26 Vehicle-Specific Power Tailgate Lift System.
- **Full power operation:** Opens and closes the tailgate automatically, so loading and unloading is easy when your hands are full.
- **Multiple ways to operate:** Use the remote key, the factory tailgate switch or the newly installed tailgate switch, whichever is closest at the time.
- **Pause and reverse:** Stop the tailgate at any point and send it back the other way, ideal in tight car parks and low garages.
- **Adjustable opening height:** Set the maximum height to clear garage roofs or suit shorter users.
- **Adjustable speed and braking:** Fine-tune opening speed, closing speed and braking force for smooth, controlled movement.
- **Intelligent anti-pinch protection:** Stops and reverses if the tailgate meets an obstruction, protecting people, cargo and the vehicle.
- **Audible confirmation:** Beeps confirm each action, so you always know what the system is doing.
- **Vehicle-specific design:** Tailored struts, brackets and wiring for a clean, factory-style finish on your vehicle.
- **Complete kit:** Includes electric struts, tailgate ECU, wire harnesses, brackets, fitting hardware and a step-by-step photo installation manual.
- **Front switch included:** Operate the tailgate from the driver's seat.
- **Kick sensor ready:** Add the Aerpro ARTGKS Power Tailgate Kick Sensor (sold separately) for hands-free opening with a kick under the rear bumper.
* Operation:
   - Factory remote key
   - Factory tailgate switch
   - Newly installed tailgate switch
   - Front switch
   - Kick sensor (ARTGKS, sold separately)
* Pause and Reverse: Yes
* Anti-Pinch Protection: Yes
* Audible Confirmation: Yes
* Power Latch: Included
* Kick Sensor Compatible: Yes, ARTGKS (sold separately)
* Installation: Professional installation recommended
* **Inclusions**
   - 2 x Strut
   - 1 x Tailgate ECU
   - 1 x Wire harness
   - 1 x Power latch
   - 1 x Tailgate switch
   - 1 x Front switch
   - 1 x Screws and brackets set
* **Vehicle Compatibility**
   - Toyota
      - RAV4 2026 onwards
* **Add On Accessory (Sold Separately)**
- ARTGKS: Power Tailgate Kick Sensor
https://aerpro.com/sites/default/files/styles/product_image/public/product_images/ARTRAV26.jpg?itok=jNSJYH7n&src=api
https://aerpro.com/sites/default/files/styles/thumbnail/public/product_images/ARTRAV26.jpg.webp?itok=J_1SvD-A&src=api
New Aerpro","Power Tailgate Systems
Browse the latest additions to the Aerpro product range, including new head units, installation accessories, safety systems, and more.
