Important Information:

  • The Remote Start Module must be flashed with the correct firmware for your specific vehicle before use. A FLINK4 or FLINKMOB programming tool is required (sold separately).
  • This vehicle does not have takeover support. After remote starting, the engine will stall if the vehicle doors are opened, afterwards you will need to start your vehicle as per standard procedures in the vehicle cabin.
  • The two remotes included in this kit must be used with this system for proper functionality. While the factory remote may be able to initiate remote start, it will not function to unlock the doors or turn off the vehicle once the engine is running.
