Isuzu D-Max The third-generation D-Max debuted in Thailand on 11 October 2019. In June 2020, Mazda released the third-generation BT-50 which is heavily based on the third-generation D-Max. As the result, it is also manufactured at Isuzu Motor Thailand. It is a result of an alliance between Mazda and Isuzu which was signed on 11 July 2016, with Isuzu agreeing to supply pickup trucks to Mazda. The third-generation D-Max ceased to share platform with Chevrolet Colorado.
