The third generation Noah arrived on 20 January 2014 on a new low-floor platform with a 2.0-litre petrol or 1.8-litre hybrid drivetrain, gaining Toyota Safety Sense C and T-Connect in January 2016 and a facelift on 3 July 2017 that revised the lights, bonnet, bumper and front fenders. The Voxy is the sportier twin with split headlights and clear taillight lenses, and the more upmarket Esquire shared the same body with a different grille and interior.
