The Spade launched in July 2012 alongside its twin the Porte, differing only in front and rear design and a slightly different interior colour, and both ran until December 2020. Both use a single electric sliding door on the left side with a conventional swing-open driver's door, and a July 2015 minor change replaced the 1.3-litre engine with a more efficient 1.5-litre 2NR-FKE.
